I have misplaced my assembly instructions for installing the caster wheels on my mobile cart, how do I get a new set of instructions?

I have a 5 drawer cabinet and would like to add drawers to the storage compartment on the bottom. Can this be done?
Yes! Your 5 drawer cabinet can be converted to a 7 drawer cabinet provided that it has a Universal Drawer Slide System (snap in / snap out). Please contact our Customer Service Department or call (800) 413-8665.

Can I change my tool box locks to use the same key to open all my Kennedy tool storage?
Yes, we suggest you use an existing lock, preferably the roller cabinet lock, and replace the remaining locks keyed to that number. These can be ordered directly from Kennedy Manufacturing. Please contact our Customer Service Department or call (800) 413-8665 and have your model numbers available.

Where do I find the model number on my tool storage unit?
The Kennedy model number can be located on a black and silver decal. It is located on the right side of the lid OR on the right side of the top drawer.

Can I change my standard drawer slides to ball bearing drawer slides?
If your existing tool storage unit has drawer slides that snap into the body of the drawer and snap into the interior wall of the box, then you are able to interchange the drawer slides. If the slides are welded to the drawer body and welded to the interior wall of the tool box, then you are not able to interchange the drawer slides. Our retail store for seconds and refurbished Kennedy product is located at 1260 Industrial Drive, Van Wert, OH. Hours of operation are: First Saturday of every month and open from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm.
